ENTWINE Begins Recording New Album
May 3, 2008Finnish goth-metallers ENTWINE have issued the following update:
"[Producer] Hiili Hiilesmaa [HIM, APOCALYPTICA, SENTENCED] is taking charge producing ENTWINE's sixth, as-yet-untitled studio album. The sessions will occur over a two-month period, and the album will be relased sometime after the summer."
ENTWINE has scheduled several dates in its home country during July:
July 05 - Sysm, Pajularock
July 18 - htri, Club B-52
July 24 - Joensuu, Bepop
July 25 - Oulu, QStock
July 26 - Kuopio, Kuopiorock
July 27 - Lahti, Kisapuistorock
ENTWINE's fifth studio album, "Fatal Design", was released in September 2006 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux via Century Media Records through a licensing deal with Spinefarm Records. The CD was recorded at Petrax and Groveland studios by ENTWINE drummer Aksu Hanttu and producer Janne Joutsenniemi (STONE, SUBURBAN TRIBE). The album was mixed at Finnvox by Mikko Karmila (NIGHTWISH, CHILDREN OF BODOM).
